Three steps to a gift out of the ordinary

  1. Choose a case

    An online mission played on your phone or computer, or a physical box to open at the table.

  2. Choose day and time

    Tick “This is a gift” at checkout and choose when the online mission should arrive – for example on Christmas Eve at 3 pm.

  3. The recipient gets the case

    An email with your greeting – or first a phone call from the Chief at Golden Detective. Then you start whenever it suits you.

Choose delivery by phone call and the Chief at Golden Detective calls the recipient on the day and at the time you choose, announcing that a case is waiting. Right after, the email with your greeting and the code arrives.

Good to know before you give a case

Online missions arrive on the day and at the time you choose at checkout, between 10 am and 6 pm. Physical boxes are sent by post – order by Tuesday 15 December for delivery before Christmas.

Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout – or send the box to yourself and wrap it.

The recipient starts the case whenever it suits them. Once the game has been started, the code is valid for 7 days.

Each case lists the languages it is available in. For online missions you choose the language when you buy.

Who Kidnapped Poochi? is suitable from age 13. Each case shows the number of players, playing time and difficulty.

Add the case to your cart and tick “This is a gift” at checkout. Enter the recipient's name and email, write a greeting and choose the day and time. If you want the Chief to call, choose delivery by phone call.
